Beth currently provides psychotherapy and counseling as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Beth works primarily with adolescents, older children, parents, families and young adults using evidence-based interventions including CBT, DBT, ACT, Play Therapy and Positive Psychology.
With a background as a K-12 School Counselor, Beth has a special passion for working with youth dealing with school motivation or academic and learning issues, to guide them to leverage their strengths toward their college and career goals.
Recently her work has focused on developing students' executive function skills to manage life more successfully with ADHD or organizational challenges. Beth also works with college students who need support transitioning into and persisting in college and beyond.
Beth is an optimist, a glass-half full person and has unlimited patience, while also striving to make rapid progress so her clients can get on with their lives!
